These Terms of Service govern your use of automateme.au and the associated customer portal (together, "the Platform"), operated by AutoMateMe (ABN 47 641 615 076), a sole trader business. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
Self-service products - domain registration, transfer and renewal, web hosting, business email, Microsoft 365, and SSL certificates - are purchased directly through the Platform and provisioned automatically once payment is confirmed. VPS hosting is sold through the Platform but currently provisioned manually by our team, as our upstream provider has no VPS ordering API.
Larger engagements - Advanced Website Systems, E-commerce Systems, AI Solutions, Business Automation, and Custom Apps - are scoped individually. These terms cover your account and any self-service purchases; the specific deliverables, timeline, and price for a custom engagement are confirmed separately with you before work begins.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order, and keep it up to date - particularly domain registrant details, which registries require to be accurate and current.
Prices shown on the Platform are in Australian dollars. AutoMateMe is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to the prices shown. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
Some services - including domain registration, renewal, and hosting - are billed on an auto-renewal basis using your saved payment method, charged automatically ahead of the service's expiry date. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time from your dashboard, but doing so may result in the service lapsing at its expiry date if not renewed manually.
Domain registration and transfers are subject to the policies of the relevant domain registry and our upstream registrar, in addition to these terms. This can include eligibility rules for certain extensions (for example, .au domains), registrant verification requirements, and registry-level dispute processes that sit outside our control.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the registrant, contact, and eligibility information you provide for a domain. We are not responsible for registration or transfer failures caused by inaccurate information, registry rejections, or issues with a previous registrar.
Most self-service purchases - including domain registrations, transfers, renewals, hosting, email, SSL certificates, and Microsoft 365 - are non-refundable once the order is placed, as we incur a real cost with our upstream provider at the point of purchase.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis - for example, where a service could not be delivered due to an error on our part. Contact us if you believe your situation warrants a refund, and we will review it directly with you. For custom project engagements, refund and cancellation terms are set out in the specific agreement for that engagement.
You agree not to use the Platform or any service purchased through it for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), to host or distribute malicious content, or in any way that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate services used in breach of this section.
We aim to keep the Platform and the services we provide available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, and issues with upstream providers outside our control, may occasionally affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoMateMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or its services. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or a specific service if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as the Platform or our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
